"The Way" Project

“The Way” project was created as an experiment with new techniques in wall art. Working from images of The Mandalorian, the silhouette was created in the style of a western gunslinger. Because the model is entirely built with bricks and plates, instead of our usual mosaic wall art, the piece has a great deal more weight. It had to be significantly stronger to hang on a wall for long periods of time. Achieving the proper style with the silhouette was also quite challenging, especially communicating movement. This project has inspired several others who will make their debut in the future.
